Boys Recreational

Our curriculum includes learning gymnastics terminology, correct body positioning and skill development on the six men’s Olympic events: floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars and high bar. Weekly lesson plans incorporate direct instruction on foundational skills, while fitness-focused learning stations help to build strength, flexibility and enable our students to achieve success in skill acquisition. At IEGA we also place a heavy emphasis on developing many of the skills that will help our young men be successful outside of the gym. Discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork, perseverance, goal-setting, and personal responsibility all ensure that our boys will be better prepared for the rigors of the school classroom and able to be more confident in their daily lives. 2nd graders and up, lower grades by promotion.

The IEGA Community: Diverse, Inclusive, Respectful and Kind
At Inland Empire Gymnastics Academy we believe that gymnastics is for everyone, no matter where you come from, what you look like, how you identify or your ability level. We also believe that creating a culture of respect and kindness within our business are essential building blocks for achieving our mission, which is to help grow happy, healthy responsible kids and young adults. Therefore we are committed to building an organization that is as diverse as the children and families we serve, built on the foundations of respect and kindness, so that we can play our part in creating a more inclusive and equitable world.
