Coaches in Training Leadership Program

At IEGA, our mission is to help build responsible young adults and one way of achieving that mission is through our Coach in Training Program Leadership Program!

IEGA’s Coaching in Training (CIT) Leadership Program provides interested current or former gymnasts & tumblers, or anyone interested in a career in the field of teaching or coaching, with an seven week work experience/internship opportunity to learn about what it takes to be a great coach and a valuable employee, and be exposed to a potential career pathway in the profession of coaching and teaching. CIT’s who successfully complete the 7-week leadership program may also have the potential opportunity to springboard their experience into a small part-time job as an IEGA Junior Coach, when they are eligible.

Since the inception of the program, six CIT's have continued on to become coaches at IEGA, working in all aspects of our gymnastics program, and several others have acquired employment at other local business, all of them demonstrating incredible work ethic and professionalism.

The IEGA Community: Diverse, Inclusive, Respectful and Kind
At Inland Empire Gymnastics Academy we believe that gymnastics is for everyone, no matter where you come from, what you look like, how you identify or your ability level. We also believe that creating a culture of respect and kindness within our business are essential building blocks for achieving our mission, which is to help grow happy, healthy responsible kids and young adults. Therefore we are committed to building an organization that is as diverse as the children and families we serve, built on the foundations of respect and kindness, so that we can play our part in creating a more inclusive and equitable world.
