BACK HANDSPRING CLINIC FROM 5:00 TO 6:00 PM

 

PREREQUISITE FOR REGISTRATION

• Students must be at least 8 years or older to register.

• Students must be able to hold a strong bridge, with straight arms, while lifting up lift one leg up.

 

BACK TUCK CLINIC FROM 6:00 TO 7:00 PM

PREREQUISITE FOR REGISTRATION

• Students must be enrolled in Advanced 1 Tumbling or higher OR able to do the following skills without a spot:

  • Standing back handspring

  • Roundoff back handspring
