Gym Ninjas
​Gym Ninjas is fun and fitness-based program for boys & girls ages 7 to 12 where the focus is on building agility, strength and confidence through movement in space in creative, ninja-like way. The IEGA Gym Ninjas curriculum is focused around 4 Gym Ninja events: ROLLING, FLIPPING, RUNNING and SWINGING, with three distinct levels, NOVICE, APPRENTICE AND MASTER. Skill mastery is required at each level in order to advance.

Through skill stations, cardio and strength based activities that work the whole body and obstacle course challenges, our GYM NINJAS develop confidence, agility, endurance, strength and social skills, all of which can be put into action in and out of the gym.

Gym Ninjas is a session-based program, with each session lasting 12 week. At the conclusion of each session our Ninja athletes participate in an AWESOME culminating Ninjas Games where they have the opportunity to showcase their learning and skill progress to family and friends, while earn Gym Ninja badges!
